Washington Building Lime Company
This Deed made this 13th. day of May in the year nineteen hundred and one (1901) between Clara Welsh and John M. Welsh, her husband, of the first part and the Washington Building Lime Company, a corporation of West Virginia, of the second part:
Witnesseth: That the parties of the first part in consideration of Five hundred dollars in hand paid do grant with general warranty unto the said Washington Building Lime Company that certain lot or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Jefferson, West Virginia, near the village of Bakerton, adjoining the lands of William J. Moler, the grantee herein and others and which is described and bounded as follows: Beginning at a stone, a corner to Daniel Baker, ( or the said Washington Building Lime Company) and in the line of the Dennis M. Daniels farm ( now the Washington Building Lime Company) thence running south fifty two yards one foot and ten inches (52 yds. 1 ft. 10 in.) thence, east, twenty three yards (23 y.) thence, north fifty two yards one foot and ten inches (52 yds. 1 ft. 10 in.) thence west twenty three yards (23 yds.) mto the beginning containing one fourth of an acre conveyed to the said Clara Welsh by William J. Moler and wife, by two deeds, both dated on the 3d. day of March 1891, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of said Jefferson County, the one in Deed Book “W” at page 104, the other in Deed Book No. 76, at page 290, to which deeds reference is here had.
Thenparties of the first part do hereby expressly reserve from this grant the right to occupy the premises for a period of four months from the date hereof, free of rent, and also the right to remove the out buildings not including the welling except three of said outbuildings namely, One hen house. One meat house. One back house on the south end of the lot. with and period of four motnhs from this date.

Welsh, her husbad, whose names are signed to the writing hereto annexed, bearing date on the 13th. day of May, 1901, have this day acknowledged the same before me in my said county.
