The National Building and Lime Association of Washington County, Md. a corporation hereby releases a Deed of Trust made by Thos. B. Welsh and Maggie W. Welsh his wife to Joseph Trapwell Trustee for the above named corportation dated October 26th. A.D. 1894 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Couort of Jefferson Co. W.Va. in Deed Book 78 page 18. Witness the Corporate Seal of said Corporation and the signature of its President hereto applied, this 11th day of April A.D. 1901.

I Harvey H. Heyser a Notary Public in and for the County and State aforesaid do certify that John L. Nicodemus persoally appeared before me in my said County and being by me duly sworn did depose and say that he is the President of the Corporation described in the writing above bearing date of April 11th 1901 authorized by said Corportation to execute and acknowledge deeds and other writings of said Corporation, and that the seal affixed to said writing is the Corporate Seal of the said Corporation and that said writing was signed and sealed by him on behalf of said Corporation by its authority duly given. And the said John L. Nicodemus acknowledged the said writing to be the actual deed of the said Corporation.
