Dear Mr. Welsh:
I have been requested by Standard Lime and Cement Company, Division of American-Marietta, to write you in reference to the common boundary line between property you own and property of Standard along the Potomac River.
I believe it would be desirable for some of us at Standard to meet with you and any one you would like to have present and go down to this property for the purpose of seeing whether, or not, we are in agreement as to the common boundary line and the location of the right-of-way.
If you will advise me of a date that will be convenient, I will come down or send some one from the office with some of the representatives of Standard and we will look over the area for the purpose of definitely establishing the common boundary line.
Will you please advise at your earliest convenience? I am,
Very truly yours,
Lacy I Rice
