Wm. Flanagan
Whereas by a deed dated January 12, 1849 William Flanagan of the County of Jefferson conveyed to Andrew Hunter as trustee to secure the payment of certain debts therein mentioned as due to Luke Tiernin, Being a certain tract of land in the County of Jefferson, whereon the said Flanagan then resided seventy seven acres one [?] poles as will be seen [?] to said deed duly recorded in the County Court of Jefferson, and whereas the last of the amounts so secured has this day been paid by said Flanagan by a check in the Valley Bank Charles Town for $110.69 in favor of G. B. Wilson to whereon said bonds were assigned and therefore the said Wilson has directed said trustee to surrender up said bonds and release according said premises to said Flanagan Now therefore this deed Witnesseth that the said Andrew Hunter for in consideration of the [?] premises and the further consideration of one dollar to him in hand by said Flanagan doth hereby grant unto the said William Flanagan the tract of land above mentioned with the app[?] thereof doth release all his claim to said tract of land to the said William Flanagan and hereby conveys to him the same as fully and to all intentions and purposes as if said deed of trust had never been executed.
