to: Deed of Bargain and Sale.
David H. Hetzell.
This Deed, made this 6th day of August, 1915, by and between Thomas B. Welch and Maggie V. Welch, his wife, of the first part and David H. Hetzell, party of the second part all of Jefferson County, West Virginia,
WITNESSETH, That for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) paid by the party of the second part unto the party of the first part, in cash, the receipt of which is here-by acknowledged, the parties of the first part do hereby Realease all his and her right to a fifteen foot right of way, same situated near Bakerton Jeff. Co. W. Va.,
The said right of way is the same that belonged to and was conveyed by Emma G. Caton’s heirs to James Flanagan and by him was conveyed to the parties of the first part, deed conveying same is recorded in the Clerk’s office of the County Court of Jeff. Co. W. Va., in deed book 112 page 54. The same right of way was conveyed by Mrs. Margaret H. Moler to Mrs. Emma G. Caton and the deed describing same is recorded in the County Clerk’s office of Jeff. Co. W. Va., in DEED Book 74 page 239, to which and the deed and the deeds there referred to, reference is hereby had for further description of the right of way hereby released.

I, Geo. M. Knott, a Notary Public in and for the County of Jefferson, do here-by certify that Thomas B. Welsh and Maggie V. Welsh his wife, whose names are signed to the foregoing deed bearing date the 6th day of August, 1915, have this day acknowledged the same before me in my said County.
