Releasing Trust recorded Deed Book No. 82 page 220.

This Partial Release: Witnesseth That I John G. Flanagan do hereby release a certain deed of trust made by Adam B. Moler and Bettie A. Moler, his wife, to Geo. W. Beltzhoover, my trustee, dated the last day of December, 1896 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia in Deed Book No. 82, page 220. So for to release the lien of said trust deed on the small triangular parcel of land situated on the southwest corner of the tract conveyed in said trust deed and containing fifty and a half poles sold and to be conveyed by said Adam B. Moler and wife to Jacob S. Moler by deed dated the 12th day of July, 1901, to be recorded in said county, and to which [?] is hereby made for a description of the metes and bounds of said 50 1/2 poles, but this Release is in no wise to dipair or affect the lien of said Trust Deed, as security for the debt therein secured, on the residue of the land therein conveyed, but the same is to remain in full force and effect until said debt is fully paid.
