Judge Keedy at Hagerstown granted an absolute divorce to Mrs. Mary J. Gouker, of Sharpsburg, from Charles Gouker, of Bakerton, W. Va., on the grounds of desertion.
New postmasters have been established at Harlan, Dinwiddie county, Va., with Ambler B. Moncure as postmaster, and at Bakerton, Jefferson county, W. Va., with Jesse A. Engle as postmaster.
