On motion of James Flanagan, who made oath according to Law, with George W. Moler, his security, entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of Ten Thousand Dollars, with a motion according to Law, certif was granted him for obtaining Letters of administration of the Estate of William Flanagan, dec’d in due form. — (security sworn)

On motion of James Flanagan and the heirs at Law of Wm. Flanagan, dec’d. Adam Link, Samuel Knott, John Wysong, and David Nichols are appointed commissioners, any three of whom may act, to assign Dower to Martha Flanagan, the widow of said deceased; such assignment to be made according to Law, and said commissioners are authorised to call in the services of a [?] or in making such assignment. — And a motion of said James Flanagan as administrator of the Estate of Wm. Flanagan dec’d the same commissioners, any three of whom may act, are appointed to make division of the slaves belonging to the said Estate among the parties entitled.
