August 30, 1834
I give my desk to Henry St. George Hunter, and I direct that Flanagan shall sell one of my wagons and the cart and my wagon horse and give the proceeds to Mrs. Mary Hunter, my daughter-in-law. Witness my name hereto subscribed by H. S. G. Tucker by my direction this 30th of Aug. 1834.

In the Circuit Superior Court of law and chancery for Jefferson County, October 10th, 1834. The last will and testament of Anne Hunter deceased was proved according to law by the oath of David H. Conrad and Robert Hemmons witnesses thereto– and the codicils to said will were proved by Henry St. George Tucker and Robert Hernens, and the said will and codicils, are ordered to be recorded.
And on the motion of Henry St. George Tucker, the sole Executor named in the said will, who made oath thereto, and together with William Grove his security, enetered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of $3000 conditioned as the law directs, certificate is granted him for obtaining a probate of the said will in due form.
