Bridget Boerley vs. Catherine McCabe, Administrator of Bernard McCabe, deceased } a civil action commenced March 27th 1872, amount of Plaintiff complaint $100.00

Plaintiff file her complaint, Issued Summons of this date, returnable the 2nd day of April 1872, at one o’clock, P.M. and delivered same to J. R. Martin, const to be served.

1872 April 2nd, one O’clock P.m. return made to above summon served the aft with a true copy, waited one hour case called present-plf her attorney E. Willis Wilson, the dft. did not appear. after hearing the case, Judgement rendered in favor of the plf Bridget Boerley, against Catherine McCabe, Administratux of Bernard McCabe, deceased, for the sum of One Hundred dollars with interest from the 25th day of February 1870. until paid and costs of this Suit.

1872 June 11th. Issued execution of this date returnable in Sixty days, and delivered same to J. R. Martin, const to be served.
