Harrisburg, Oct. 26 — Hazlet was arrested here in the 24th inst. Governor Packer to-day gave orders that Capt. J. E. Cook, now confined in Chambersburg, and Hazlet held in custody at Carlisle Prison, he both delivered up to the authorities of Virginia for trial.
