Charleston, W. Va., June 6.— Walter W. Rouzee, an employee in the cooperage shop of the Washington Building Lime Company, at Bakerton, was killed Thursday evening at that place while attempting to cross a railroad track in front of a train. The deceased was twenty-two years old, and resided at Riverton, Va.
