Mrs. Isabell Hoffmaster, 66, of Brunswick, Md. wife of the late Thomas A. Hoffmaster died at the Charles Town Hospital on Saturday. Her late husband was one of the oldest, from point of service, retail merchants in Brunswick having conducted a business there for 38 years.
The deceased was born at Samples Manor daughter of the late Jerome E. and Nannie (Lewis) Hoffmaster of Samples Manor. She was a member of the First Church of God, Brunswick.
She is survived by daughter, Mrs. Nancy K. Roderick, at home; two sons, K. W. Hoffmaster, Brunswick, and Gerald T. Hoffmaster, Takoma Park; sister, Mrs. Laura Welsh, Bakerton, W. Va.; four brothers, Harold, Jefferson; Ray, Bakerton; Guy G., Washington, D.C. and Wilbur Lewis, of Hagerstown; also six grandchildren.
The body will rest at the late residence, 409 Maple Avenue, Brunswick until 1 p.m. on Wednesday when it will be taken to First Church of God, Brunswick, where the service will be held at 2 p.m. with the Revs. Claire Ebersole and Gerald Carbaugh, officiating.
Interment will be in Mt. View Cemetery, Sharpsburg.
