This day came the plaintiff by his attorney, and the defendant being solemnly called come not, and thereupon came a Jury to wit, William R. Davis, Collin Peter, David H. Snyder, Samuel C. Peck, Henry Heller, Joseph Shewalter, Amashaddon Moore, James Gallaher, Michael Sheetz, Thomas Brotherton, Samuel Strider, and Joseph M. Brown, who being elected tried and sworn well and truly to enquire of the damage in this cause, upon their oaths, do say, “We the Jury find for the plaintiff the sum of four hundred and sixty three dollars and ninety six cents, with interest thereon, at the rate of six percentum per annum from the 10th day of November 1834 unil paid, damages. David H. Snyder, foreman; Therefore it is considered by the Court that the plaintiff recover against the said defendant $403.96 amt the damages aforesaid, with interest thereon to be computed at the rate of six percentum per annum from the 10th day of November 1834 until paid, and the costs by him about his suit in this behalf expended.
