August 18, 2023The Noisy Euchre Club held its first prize game at the residence of the president, A. W. Neff, 434 I street northwest, Wednesday, March 7. The ladies’ prize was won by Mrs. T. D. Shnopp. The gentleman’s prize by James Edelen. Booby prize by T. D. Shnopp. The members present were Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Matchett, Mr. and Mrs. T. D. Shnopp, Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Neff, Mrs. F. I. Ruppert, Mrs. Ed. Kaldenback, Mrs. M. Heard, Mrs. Phil Carr, Mrs. Charles Kaldenback, Mrs. McWilliams, and the Misses Mamie and Blanche Kaldenback, Emma Beckert, Mamie Drexler, Flo Ruppert, and A. G. Homer, George Wilson, John T. Shnopp, James Edelen, and Curtis De Vaughn. After refreshments were served, a musical program was given by members of the club.
