Workmen, while digging in the hill at the Virginia ore bank along the Potomac River, near Shepherdstown, W. Va., unearthed the skeleton of a giant. The body had been buried in a box, which had decayed, leaving only the nails– old handmade nails– which held it together. The skeleton measured over seven feet in height, and the teeth were of enormous size.
