His right baptismal name is Charles Dubal, and he is a son of Geo. W. Decker, who removed from here to Washington after the war and engaged in the lime business and since became the patentee of the iron cleared kiln, which is used at Bakerton. “Carl” married Dr. Bennett’s daughter, of Washington, and besides, became the author of a guide book of Washington City and another on Cuba.
