July 13, 2018FRED F. MOLER DIED SUDDENLY LAST THURSDAY
Frederick Flannagan Moler, age 79, reitred farmer, passed away suddenly at his home on N. Samuel Street, Charles Town on last Thursday afternoon.
The deceased was born at Molers Cross Roads, November 14, 1873 and was a son of the late George W. and Laura Flannagan Moler of the County.
Survivors include four daughters and four sons; Mrs. Marshall Orndorff and Miss Betty Moler of Charles Town, Mrs. Dudley B. Zoll of Santa Barbara, Calif.; Mrs. Ralph Tutwiler of Ashland, Ky.; Calvin Moler of Charles Town; William D. Moler of Bunker Hill; Keller F. Moler of Martinsburg; and Scott Moler of Pittsford, Vermont. Also surviving are seven grandchildren.
The body was removed from the Melvin T. Strider Company Funeral Home to the home on North Samuel Street late last Friday afternoon and services were held from the home on Saturday at three o’clock with the Rev. C. Lloyd Arehart of the Charles Town Presbyterian Church and the Rev. John M. Grissinger, Jr., of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church of Shepherdstown officiating.
Interment followed at Edge Hill Cemetery.
