I, Roy M. Best, make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me.
After the payment of all my jsut debts and funeral expenses, I devise and bequeath to my wife, Helen Sigler Best, all of my property, real, personal, and mixed, of what soever kind and wheresoever situated, to be hers absolutely and in fee simple.
I appoint my said wife, executor of my estate, and request that she be allowed to serve without security on her bond.
Witness my hand and seal at Charles Town, West Virginia, this 19th day of August, 1954.

This day a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of ROY M. BEST, deceased, was produced herein and offered for probate.
Whereupon came Amy Kerns, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto who, being first duly sworn, deposed and said that the said testator signed said paper as and for his signature to his last will and testament in his presence, and in the presence of Mark B. Wetzel and L. C. Briscoe, the other subscribing witnesses thereto, all three present at the same time, and that they, in his presence, at his request, and in the presence of each other, subscribed their names as witnesses thereto, that he was at that time over the age of twenty-one years, that he was of sound mind and memory and that he is now deceased.
Wherefore said paper is hereby ordered held for further proof.

Briscoe, two of the subscribing witnesses thereto who, being first duly sworn, deposed and said that the said testator signed said paper as and for his signature to his last will and testament in his presence, and in the presence of Amy Kerns, the other subscribing witness thereto, all three present at the same time, and that they, in his presence, at his request, and in the presence of each other, subscribed their names as witnesses thereto, that he was at that time over the age of twenty-one years, that he was of sound mind and memory and that he is now deceased.
Wherefore said paper is hereby admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded as the last will and testament of ROY M. BEST, deceased.
