Death of Charles Eichelberger. Special to The Washington Post.
Harpers Ferry, W. Va., July 17. — Charles Eichelberger, aged 62, died this morning at his home in Maryland near this place. He was a carpenter foreman on the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal for many years. He is survived by his wife.
