Joseph C. Duke Funeral Set

Funeral services will be held tomorrow for Joseph Chiswell Duke, who died suddenly on Wednesday. Mr. Duke was born in Bakerton, W. Va., July 31, 1885. His parents were George W. and Frances Chiswell Duke.

After the death of his father he moved to Washington with his mother, and 26 years ago became identified with the Peoples Life Insurance Company of this city, being promoted in its service until he became superintendent of agents in 1924, which position he held at the time of his death.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Perry Duke, of this city. He was a member of Columbia Lodge, No. 3. F. A. A. M. and Minesola Tribe of the Red Men. Services will be held at 2 p. m. from the residence of his cousin, Mrs. F. F. Leith, 3101 Macomb St. N. W.
