Philip Coons was a significant Harpers Ferry businessman who owned multiple businesses within the town.

This large list of accounts was transcribed from Loudoun County, Virginia deed book 5-N, 1856, beginning on page 319.

The following accounts were held by Mr. Coons ending 19 November, 1855. Records consist of name, amount owed, type of debt, and any notes associated with the records.
